Taylor gets to be in a cooking class all summer! A wonderful homeschool mom has put this together and it is really cool. The kids got to make ice cream tacos. They each got a couple of tortillas. They buttered them and covered them with sugar. Then, they baked them over a ball of foil to make them take a taco shape. When they were cool, the kids got a scoop or two of ice cream in each of their shells and they put topings on it. VIOLA! They were loving it!
And now for the taste test... and a second.. might as well eat it all! They each got a couple of new Pampered Chef tools to use and take home. They have homework to do and they can earn play money for things each week. At the end of the week, they get to shop in the "Mireles Store". :-) How exciting!
